"#4735 05.06.2024 A nice afternoon with Michael and a few good rums. Nose Fresh, intense, light wood, peach, fruity, herbs. Palate Fresh, intense, light roasted wood, fruity, herbs, light chocolate, light citrus, light honey. Finish Medium to long, warm, spicy, medium dry, fruity, faint chocolate. The empty glass had nice herbal notes to it. Very well balanced considering the age of the rum."

"Edit: Nochmal mit DomM in Ruhe verkostet und ein wenig nach oben korrigiert Beim Sampeln kurz probiert, wenn ich mich recht erinnere meinte Fabi als Beschreibung dass es ein Rum auf Stereoide ist. Würde ich ehrlich gesagt auch so unterschreiben. Hut ab schmeckt super. Kompliment Fabi. Werde mich demnächst nochmal intensiv mit deinem Dok in Ruhe auseinandersetzen"

"Nose: intense, floral, continental fruits, honey Palate: suprisingly round with alcohol very well integrated. Floral, fruits, milk chocolate. While this is young and powerful, I would have guessed way more than two years of aging. Well done - nice debute for the Honey Batcher."
