No. 3 Rockley BBR
Top review from TheRhumhoe:
"A rum whose vintage is often considered a benchmark in the field, and it's easy to see why. The nose is very full and complex, with a multitude of flavors: exotic fruits, floral notes, aromatic herbs, tobacco, spices (ginger, licorice, anise, chili, vanilla, pepper), smoky wood, nuts, caramel, honey, chocolate and medicinal notes form an aromatic bouquet as special as it is detailed, deep and lively. The palate is very elegant and sophisticated. The rum is lively, rich in spices, aromatic herbs and floral notes that extend to honey. Wood, smoke, leather and chocolate follow the complex, fresh palate. Some medicinal and fruity notes lie in ambush on the tongue. The alcohol is very well integrated. The finish is long, dark, bitter, medicinal, woody and slightly herbaceous. There are also dried fruits, leather, spices and chocolate. For a profile of Barbados, this is an original, complete and accomplished rum, with remarkable and delicious flavors."
No. 31 REV
Top review from DomM:
"Yet another very nice 94 REV. More on the woody side with a sensation of sweetness black tea. Only some hits of dried fruits on the palate with an extra bit of bitterness on the finish. Delivers all you would ask for, nevertheless."

Top review from Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰:
"When this one was poured there was no doubt where it was from. The lovely Caroni notes were there right away. Runner and tar mixed with roasted wood and light fruits. The leather note is very light and I loved the empty glass. Yum 😊"

Top review from Tschusikowsky:
"An incredibly strong rum. A lot of power in it. At first I had a strong taste of gorgonzola in my mouth. Definitely not for the sober palate. I liked the 2003 vintages better because the (yellow) fruit is more present. It is simply too strong and too brute in taste for me. It works better for me with water."
No. 15 REV
Top review from Jakob:
"On the nose, predominantly dried fruit and subtle spice and wood notes. On the palate surprisingly present, slight bitterness, plus the obligatory prune, leather, licorice, wood, also caramel sweetness - compared to the other 2006s with the most bitter note, although this remains for me still in good balance. Aromatically quite with appealing complexity. Next to the SBS my favorite, because here compared to the quite round SBS also a few more corners and edges appear, which makes for pleasant tension. Compared to the 1994 representatives with much less heaviness, the plum notes occur here rather in tandem with currant, the dark tones of wood, licorice, leather and caramel are much less pronounced. I am inclined - despite the aromatic complexity of this bottling - to speak of "REV Light." While the spectrum of 2006s also has its charm and the character is undeniably recognizable, in my eyes the REV profile benefits extremely from the long aging and resulting complexity. However, the reference points can also be described as almost unfair for the younger bottlings, especially for proven lovers of the 1994 REVs. As an entry into the fascinating world of heavy Demerara profiles but one of the best options, in particular, because the price points here are usually still within tolerable limits."

"Very tasty.... From the nose to the finish very successful... it comes along relatively strong and self-confident... it contains all the important Hampden markers (pure ester), which fits and the price is perfectly okay here!"

"10.02.2024 tasting event at the Nobilis Warehouse, Haderslev. Retasting and I really love the overall profile. ----------------------- #4232 03.09.2023 this was a nice blind tasting where I saw the black Glencairn tasting glasses for the first time. This is a great release. Intense yet extremely well balanced once rested. ABV and wood are amazingly well integrated. Medium fruity with nice spices and a warm oily palate. Draws really nice and slow moving curtains in the glass. The empty glass has light mint and caramel."

Top review from Kevin Sorensen 🇩🇰:
"A very nice release with nice wood power without it being too dominant. Very good ABV integration and I like the fruityness in the overall profile. The finish is extremely long and the empty glass has wonderful flavours after a while."

Top review from DomM:
"Nice and mature nose. Wood and vanillin forwards with candid herb candy providing depth and complexity. Menthol notes are also present, while this bottling doesn’t strike me with freshness on the nose. Expected notes on the palate embedded in a darker and heavy profile showing some dirt. There is a specific artificial vanillin note, however, which undermines balance somewhat."
No. 30 PM
Top review from Mirco:
"Great Port Mourant. In direct comparison with the Artesanal 1989 PM rum, somewhat fruitier but also more bitter with more wood. I like these bottlings more and more. More ABV would be better, as with most of these bottles, of course."
No. 6
Top review from DomM:
"Komplex and elegant nose, nicely combining wood, fruits, and some herbal notes. Notes from the barrel aka wood is dominant on the palate. Again, nicely balanced with some herbs and red fruits. Small 1989 Utivlugt cross tasting: Nobilis vs. CorCol vs. CoR vs. Ricci vs. TWJ. On the nose: CoR >>> Ricci > TWJ = Nob > CC With its higher ABV the CoR is playing in a wholly different league - stunning on the nose. CC needs very much time to open up. TWJ with the darkest nose; Most leather and wood forwards. Palate: CoR > Nobilis > CC > TWJ >> Ricci"

Top review from Galli33:
"Very lovely delicious rum from bellevue. Some really caroni like tastes of tar. The wood of the barrel is dominant, but the alcohol is integrated well (seems like 45%). Overall a very nice bottle from nobilis. Nose: Tar, licorice, spicy, nutty, roasted, almond, walnut, caramel, apple, orange, plum, mango, herbal, floral Mouth: round, elegant, delicious, full bodied, dry, oily, complex, balanced, strong, tar, caramel, tobacco, licorice, roasted, ginger, dark chocolate, spicy, roasted nuts, woody(oak) Finish: long; dry, delicious, woody(oak), licorice, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, tobacco, black tea"

Top review from Jakob:
"Clearly more intense than other releases from the 88 Enmore batch. Aromatically fully present with both the dark notes of old Demeraras full of dried fruit, leather, licorice and old wood, plus present spicy notes and some roasted aromas - all in great balance. Very good, one of the top representatives of the vintage."
No. 10 (Rum Exchange) KFM
Top review from Galli33:
"It‘s a good one! Maybe it‘s diluted, because i was missing the power… the finish is really short, only the wood notes remain. Very impressive enmore nose, fruity, woody, nutty, leather, some fresh minty/licorice notes and a lot of rubber. Lovely nose😍 All these notes continues in mouth. In addition i found some notes of apricots. The finish is quite unspectacular short. All these notes disapper after some seconds, the wood is the only taste which remains. It‘s a good KFM 91, but can‘t keep up with the KFM‘s from Flensburg."

Top review from Thunderbird:
"GRF13: This is a heavy, very intense TDL. While some fruit is still perceptible on the nose, it increasingly disappears, as does the fresh minty note. Instead, a spicy, roasted profile emerges. The alcohol is not perfectly integrated. A good, but not first-class TDL"

Top review from Vincent D:
"Very woody, minty nose. A touch of coffee. Apricot-like stewed fruit. Tannins. Dry alcohol. Heavy, powerful, woody on the palate. Grounded. Peppery. But nonetheless greedy, sweet, caramelized and super pleasant. A slight vegetal note on the finish for me. Woody, slightly bitter finish. Good length. Should become rounder as it oxidizes. It'll be even better. Edit: after a few weeks, the bottle has already evolved. More accessible. Less raw. More expressive. Very pleasant. Edit 2: Typically the kind of rum that benefits from staying in the bottle for a while. My last tasting may have been the best. The rum has become rounder. The very stewed fruit is very present. The wood is more mellow. Great!"

"Brutally cool overproof Agricole. Intense aromas of honeydew melon and sugar cane juice. Alcohol surprisingly well integrated. Aromatically really incredibly exciting. Very complex and delicious. Makes a gigantic Ti Punch!"

Top review from Rare Akuma:
"Initially I did not have a satisfying experience with this rum. Despite certain hype, the nose displayed a thin, subdued and overly mineralic profile much to my dislike. EDIT: I got a chance to try a second sample of this bottling, this time poured directly from the bottle. A completely different aroma. A thick, oily amalgam of apple, herbs and mint. Really makes me wonder what went wrong with the first sample and warrenting a justificating update. In the mouth classic Beenleigh notes with apples, wood, mixed sugars and spice. Lots of spice. Starts with anise, malt and sweet vanilla before quickly redeveloping in a chili heat with a ginger and juniper zing. The entirety is slightly dirty with a lovely petrolated base. Ends abruptly with similar notes, such as apple, molasses, spice and petrol; but foremost, especially dry."

"84 points. Pleasant nose that holds back a little, spices, wood, vanilla and caramel stand out. A little more expressive in the mouth, chocolate, nuts, vanilla, wood, spices and dried fruit. Well balanced but not extremely complex."

Top review from Gunnar Böhme "Bauerngaumen" 🤓:
"Just the right rum for a warm Saturday evening. There is hardly any alcohol on the nose, but lots of malt and little liquorice. On the palate, however, it's the other way around: I taste less malt than licorice, which unfortunately doesn't last long in the finish, but the 65.2% really bites there. I like it a little less than the Diamond 2008 from the Rumclub (Spirit of Rum), but it's still a rum of a high standard."

"I first tried at the GRF and i really enjoyed it, so I took one bottle home 😬😎 When I got home, I tried it again at my leisure and gave it more time to open up. The result is a top rum in which the 68% and the barrel is very well integrated. 👍🏻👌🏻"

Top review from Thunderbird:

Top review from DomM:
"While I was quite disappointed with the freshly opened bottle and had to deducte a couple of points from my initial rating, a few weeks oxidation really help this Enmore. Alcoholic bite is gone and fruitiness is much more intense alongside a mild sweetness. Therefore score is up a couple of point again 😅"

"Wood and vanilla on the nose. There are also earthy and herbal notes present. Black tea with a sip of milk and honey (?) - something in this ballpark at least. Decent complexity with some nuances to discover. Nice. Nicely balanced in the palate. Vanilla Creme and candied spices. Some wood and earthiness plays well with sweetness."

Top review from SaibotZtar :
"Nase schön Fruchtig etwas Ester leichte Holznoten , Alkohol hier nicht störend oder Stechend . Leicht Säuerlich . Am Gaumen erstmal etwas Bitter und Holzig .... wenig Frucht wenig Ester zu schmecken. Mit der Zeit im Mund und vorallem im Abgang dann recht viele Bitternoten Alkohol nicht perfekt eingebunden. Solider LROK der Pur noch deutlich besser kommt als im Mai Tai."

Top review from Gunnar Böhme "Bauerngaumen" 🤓:
"Leider keinerlei Wiedererkennungswert. Nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht gut. Unabgefüllt würde ich ihn nicht vermissen. Irgendwie schade, aber so ist das eben manchmal - sogar mit einem von Nobilis abgefüllten Rum. Update 2024-02-01 - Blind Tasting, 6. Sorry, Nobilis, Fehlgriff. 🤷🏽♂️"

"This is part of a series of 3 rums and I like when bottlers try something new or experiment. This particular rum was young and fresh in both bouquet and on the palate, but it still managed to move things around. Fruity and intense without being put of balance."
