At the price tag this is a nice rum. It has to rest for a while or it'll bite you. Once rested it is full of fruity flavours alongside smoky oak. There's also a bit of chocolate and licorice hidden in there. Overall a good rum and worth the price tag.

31.12.2022 Our yearly New Year party where we try new rums mixed with the personal bests. Notes Light in colour. Nose Light wood, alcoholic, fruits, faint coconut, light raisin, light chocolate, floral. Palate Unbalanced, alcoholic, light wood, faint smoke, raisin, faint citrus, light chocolate, spice, faint caramel, faint floral. Finish Medium long, unbalanced, alcoholic, light wood, light caramel, dried fruit, faint floral. Extra note. Even when rested for a long while the alcohol is still too dominant.

On The Rocks: On the nose there is a mild fruit, spice and oak just like the 4 and 7 year. Taste reveals a moderate oak with spice and fruit. This rum has continued to develop more depth of flavour with some nice smoothness. Finish is medium with the oak and spice continuing to linger with a delayed chest burn. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Pepsi Zero. Taste reveals a very smooth sweet Pepsi zero. It is quite delicious mixed and would recommend it this way. Would drink multiple.
