"We had a nice Agricole evening yesterday and the lineup was really good. I'll start with the last one first. A grand Agricole from the top shelf. Really well balanced with light fruit and age shown in the elegant wood on the profile. Light caramel and licorice in the back of the profile. Not a cheap bottle but definitely a good one and I will go hunting for one if u can find it at a good price."

"A favorite unquestionably! Itâs a complete explosion of flavors in mouth and it hangs on during the long finish. The nose is fruity and spicy with aromas of vanilla. At the palate itâs intense, complex, woody, spicy, peppery and sweet with flavors of licorice, vanilla and sugarcane."

"#4660 17.03.2024 Sitting at home relaxing a bit with some TV series running on the telly đ Nose Intense, floral, fresh, fruity, citrus, light grass. Palate Medium oily, fresh, intense, sugarcane, warm, light nutts, fruity, citrus, faint licorice. Finish Medium to long, warm, sugarcane, citrus, faint licorice. The empty glass has some light medicinal and faint anise notes. Price to quality is very good in my mind. Also a very good sipper though made for mixing. ABV is really well integrated."

"Un rhum dĂ©gustĂ© au Rhum Fest en 2024. Le nez est trĂšs variĂ© avec beaucoup de fruits, fruits rouges, figue, citron vert mais aussi des Ă©pices et un bois discret. La bouche est tout aussi belle avec des quantitĂ©s de fruits et mĂȘme des fleurs avec un cĂŽtĂ© miel et doux trĂšs agrĂ©able. La finale est riche, complexe et longue. "Wow, the good ones just kept coming. This is a pretty young rum but it's very good and the price is pretty good as well. Nice fruits and spices from nose to finish. In the baxmck I find flowers, licorice and a hint of menthol. Lovely rum."

"Itâs not produced anymore so it will very soon disappear from the market, so you got to hurry if you want a bottle. Even if this is a good one, is the precursor the 7yo âGrande Reserveâ even better. After breathing a short while is it very pleasant and smooth at the same time as it is powerful with deep tastes."

"It has clear similarities with the âCuvĂ©e Prestigeâ, but a little less intense. The nose is fruity and spicy with aromas of vanilla. At the palate itâs fruity, spicy, sweet and complex with flavors of licorice and vanilla. The finish is long and complex."

"Overall a great, round and supersmooth Agricole Blanc called Manta thatâs distilled from the 2021 harvest by The ReimonenQ Distillery. After distillation it rested in stainless steel vats for more than a year and was slowly reduced to 55%."

"This rum from the ReimonenQ distillery in Guadeloupe is selected by Guillaume de Roany and Rhums du Sud. Itâs a single cask aged for 6 months in cognac casks and limited to 248 bottles. Directly in the nose itâs unmistakable an ReimonenQ. In mouth and at the palate itâs then an explosion of tastes which reminds me of the first ReimonenQ I tasted long ago. I find it quite hard to identify what it tastes, but itâs really a great rum. The finish is short to medium which is the only reason that I stop at 8+. ReimonenQ normally releases their rum at 40%. So after tasting this one I really hope they will release rum at higher ABV. Overall a fantastic Agricole with a little too short finish."

"Overall an interesting rum that could be a first start to experience rum from Guadeloupe because of its roundness which makes it very easy drinked. This is an Agricole from the house of ReimonenQ in Guadeloupe named after one of the founders, Joseph Reimonenq. Itâs a rum distilled in their column still in 2012, aged for four years in former bourbon casks and thereafter bottled at ABV 40%."
