Brut de Fût
Top review from Dr.Django:
"Second tasting: A smooth and round Agricole. With lots of nuts, spices and red berries. Full-bodied on the palate, with a medium-long finish accompanied by roasted aromas. A great Agricole with a super PLV, unfortunately quickly sold out."

Top review from Kevin Sorensen đ©đ°:
"This is a wonderful rum and the price to quality is very good. I'd say this one is better that its predecessor. More elegant in a way. The nose is intense and fruity with leather, chocolate, wood trailed by light vanilla and nuts. The notes become much clearer once rested for more than 15 minutes. The palate is intense and well balanced with fruit, leather, chocolate as well as light wood and vanilla. The finish is medium to long with dried fruit, coffee and light wood and tobacco. I will have to order a bottle of this rum :-)"
La Dame Jeanne Numéro 2
Top review from Gunnar Böhme "Bauerngaumen" đ€:
"Parallel tasting with Dame Jeanne #1, which I had already tasted and rated at the time with 88 points, this assessment remains the same. Dame Jeanne #2 is more mineral and less fruity on the nose and flatter on the palate than #1. The lower alcohol content is noticeable here. Especially against this background, I find the price, which has been significantly increased once again compared to #1, very questionable and cannot recommend buying a whole bottle - a nice sample will do. Update 2024-04-18: I must apologize. In this second tasting (which concludes the small tasting today), I like the rum enough. This time I taste a delicious mixture of heavy fruit bread and Werther's Echten. Simply delicious."

"30.05.2020 Had a nice afternoon with friends and friends of friends including some nice bottles of rum. Notes Medium dark colour. Nose Fresh, wood, roasted, dried fruit, grass, spice, faint caramel. Palate Round, balanced, wood, roasted, nutty, medium dry, dried fruit, spice. Finish Medium long, wood, roasted, medium dry, raisin, spice."
Single Barrel by Kirsch Import
Top review from RumTaTa:
"Second tasting: a slight resin note on the nose. Rating unchanged. A very good Agricole! Incredibly mild and round on the nose. Reminds me immediately of Foursquare. When I smell deeper into the glass, floral notes are added. Again round and mild on the palate, but here much more floral and barrel-heavy. There is practically no intrusive alcoholic spiciness. The aromas can all be found in the medium-long finish. I also find a hint of bourbon."
2000
Top review from Galli33:
"This is my favorite Rhum J.M! Nose: Atypical petrol notes(reminds me on 2000th BMMGâs) paired with anise and nougat surrounded by the typical notes of the sugarcane and almonds. Mouth: Is more on the fruity and sugarcane side with a good impact of the barrel. The alcohol and wood is integrated very well. Finish: Dry, cocoa, Eucalyptus?!?, woody, vanilla, mocha and licorice. Really deliciousđ€€"
CanopĂ©e (Rhum Agricole Hors d'Ăge)
Top review from cigares :
"A rum tasted at Rhum Fest in 2024 and with friends. The nose is very nice, with a balance between the woody, dark flavors and the fruity, pastry side. The palate is a little behind, with the same aromas but a little less balanced. The finish is long, with beautiful bitters counterbalancing the pastry side."
Single Barrel Selection Exclusive Collection New Vibrations (LMDW)
Top review from Godspeed:
"Another bottle that I finished a while back now and forgot to review. A bomb of Xmas spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and I mean a lot of them. Quite intense in flavor. Perhaps a little too much towards the dry spicy side of things at the end of the day. I enjoyed the bottle and do not regret my purchase but not something that plays on my mind some months after finishing it, hence the forgotten review!"
Série N°2 Cognac Cask Finish
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"This is a high class Agricole thatâs dry, well balanced and complex. The nose is quite floral and the aromas from the cognac barrel canât be missed. At the palate itâs floral, grassy and spicy with a nice and spicy finish."

"#4867 Whisky Live in Paris 27.09.2024-30.09.2024. Another great event meeting a lot of RumX new and old friends. This year three weren't as many new releases as in 2023, but I still had a great time. Nose Light, fresh, fruity, light vegetal, spice, sugarcane, light wood. Palate Light, light wood, round, vegetal, light floral, fruits, light orange, light sugarcane, spice, medium dry. Finish Medium long, light wood, light dried fruit, light orange, , vegetal, medium dry. This is also a pretty young release but has more bite than the 2016 release. I'd say there is a bit more umph in this release, but I do still prefer the 15 year old ones from the 80s."
2011
Top review from Thunderbird:
"A very harmonious J.M., although the alcohol strength is relatively low, it has an astonishing intensity on the nose and palate and is very present. While the fruity aromas predominate on the nose, the palate is more spicy in nature. The finish then switches to the herbal side. I really like this one đđ»"
SĂ©lection exclusive The Nectar
Top review from Thunderbird:
"A very pleasant mild sweet nose of caramel, cherry and pecan. The palate is initially sweet woody, slight pimento heat and later herbaceous grassy! The finish is predominantly grassy - hay notes with a hint of herbs! A beautiful sipper!"
Cuvée 1845
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"This is a Agricole that plays in the highest division to a very comparable price. Itâs extremely elegant, round and complex with aromas and flavors thatâs woody, spicy, floral and with sugarcane and vanilla clearly recognizable."
2012
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"Overall an complex, aromatic and powerful Agricole vintage Brut de Fut from Rhum J.M that I tasted at the Sweden Rumfest 2023 in Stockholm. Iâve before tasted most of their regular range and liked them all. This vintage doesnât disappoint either. Rhum J.M is produced up in the northeast of Martinique at the Bellevue Distillery (btw a very common distillery name). Itâs an AOC Agricole distilled December 2012 produced from their own sugar cane thatâs aged in Limousin oak barrels before bottled in May 2022. So itâs 9yo."
Série N°2 Calvados Cask Finish
Top review from Gunnar Böhme "Bauerngaumen" đ€:
"Mhhh, this is delicious! You can easily taste the Calvados finish, but it goes very well with this Agricole, everything is very harmonious. I don't think it needs to have more oomph - just a light, elegant starter to the evening. Thanks, rumdog, for the sample!"
XO
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"The taste is less aggressive than many other Agricoleâs. I would even say that itâs rather mild at same time that itâs very elegant. A perfect entrance to the Agricole world. The aromas and flavors is fruity, spicy and woody with citrus, pepper, cinnamon and oak clearly recognizable."
Blanc Jardin Macouba
Top review from Kevin Sorensen đ©đ°:
"#4746 17.06.2024 Running samples at home. Nose Intense, balanced, light grass, lime, light floral, light olive, faint mint. Palate Oily, spicy, mint, fruity, light floral, Agricole, light sugarcane. Finish Medium to long, warm, light floral, light citrus, light spicy, light mint. The empty glass has a perfume like scent to it as well as a light honey note."
VSOP
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"Just like the XO itâs more or less a perfect entry to a tour in the Agricole world. Tasted this one at a rum cruise when it was included at Ian Burrellâs âBlindtasteâ Master class. It was quite easy to get it right, cause it was the only Agricole included. The picture shows the included rums at the blindtaste."
Terroir Volcanique
Top review from Felix Reiber:
"Surprisingly complex and harmonious for this price range. Fruity, herbal and sweetish tones, which inspire the nose, are enhanced in the mouth by honey, oak and dried fruit. Spice and herbs are present and remain well in the background over the medium-long finish. A very accessible Agricole with unbeatable value for money."
Ăpices CrĂ©oles
Top review from Rowald Sweet Empire:
"From the Days of Rum 2023 box. Start out with all the oranges. Very fruity. Vanilla. Cool and unexpected start. Let dig in- Taste: more oranges. Quite bitter too. Ginger. Pretty intense for its 46%. Did somebody dropped some fanta and tonic in the cask? Interesting vibe for an agricole. Outspoken. Not really balanced. Part of a series. Had the Fumee which is lighter but better balanced. Fun drop though."
Blanc
Top review from Stefan Persson:
"In nose itâs fruity, grassy and spicy. On the palate itâs the same and I can recognize banana, citrus, ginger, nutmeg and sugar cane flavors The rather long finish goes in the same direction. Overall a very smooth Agricole Blanc, not very demanding. Maybe a good entry to the world of Agricole Blanc."
Fumée Volcanique
Top review from TheRhumhoe:
"A wood-aged rum for cocktails. The barrels in which this cuvée rests have been tampered with, immediately bringing out the empyreumatic notes on the nose. The smokiness, even burnt, of the barrels comes through, as do marshmallow, caramel and toasted almonds. Spices combine with empyreumatic notes to mark a relatively youthful profile. Tropical fruits, including coconut, take pride of place in this promisingly aromatic nose. On the palate, smoky, spicy notes dominate without moderation. Burnt sweetness, vanilla, nuts and a touch of alcohol (Armagnac) make up the bulk of the profile. Fruit is much more in the background. A more concentrated, simplistic profile on the palate. The rather brief finish blends woody, spicy and empyreumatic notes with more grassy and agricultural ones. A certain bitterness emanates on the finish. If the nose announced something innovative, the rest of the profile remains more summary and limited by the low degree and rather succinct aging. A more mature cuvée with this type of profile might be interesting. Nevertheless, this remains a good rum, particularly for bars and cocktails, to which it will add character."
