"I don't really like it, I have to say. You can taste a slight fruity note. But apart from that, this rum somehow has a strange aftertaste. Hard to describe, kind of furry..."

"Solid, well-made Jamaican. Worthy Park stands out a bit. Good entry-level rum at a good price!"

"Compared to Appleton Signature this has a lot more Jamaican hogo and fruit, but it’s not quite as smooth. There is some harshness on the front end. Nonetheless it’s a soft “bite” that is gone by the finish making it overall pleasant to sip. Much fuller flavor than Appleton Sig. This appears to be a better choice for a mixing rum if you are looking for rum forward cocktails with a Jamaican kick, without having to mix in a more funky example (Wray/Nephew, Smith/Cross, Dr Bird, etc.) to get there. Long finish with some wood."
