"A very thick FS. Pretty woody and loads of (dried) red fruits/dates/figs/raisin. Pretty much like a sherry matured spirit. You must love that kind of woodiness. In this case it works well. A very chewable dram."

"Nose first closed, then wet wood and coconut, fresh figs and raisins. The fig becomes increasingly important. The Sauternes cask brings a little novelty without clouding everything, a very nice nose. Round and warm on the palate, a little saline on the same markers with more spice. The finish is of very decent length, spicy, woody and sweet. Glou glou, excellent value for money"
