"Sehr würziger Bielle. Trifft nicht ganz meinen Geschmack aber trotzdem kein schlechter Rum. Am Gaumen is er ist etwas Alkoholisch, würzig, etwas Zimt, leicht pfeffrig dazu eine karamellige süße und Früchte."

"Beautiful Bielle, lots of tart and spicy notes, plus lovely caramel notes, some nougat and sugar cane as well as light medicinal aromas in the finish. The release lacks something of a unique selling point, but in return is also a very successful representative of the Bielle releases."

"Also rather a fruity-fresh profile with lots of spices."

"The nose is very focused on candied fruits and citrus. The nose is bewitching with a beautiful freshness and spices in pagailles. The note of licorice specific to Bielle is almost not present! I find in the background vanilla and an intriguing glue/menthol/camphor. In the mouth, despite being a BDF, the attack is soft but intense in taste. The woodiness is present with delicacy. It is fruity and pleasant. The finish is long and complex on chocolate and roasted oak. With a hint of eucalyptus/sulphur notes. This is a very atypical Bielle profile. For example, this bottle was tasted blind during our lineup and none of the 17 participants mentioned Bielle! But that doesn't prevent it from being very harmonious and a worthy representative of what good and beautiful agricultural rums from the French West Indies are! 2012 had been an exceptional year in terms of sugar cane harvests, and Bielle has succeeded in putting this to good use with this Bielle which has a very smooth but complex aromatic palette at the same time. So quickly tasted, so quickly bought! I find the price in adequacy of the current rum market, -150€ for a good old rum of this quality, we are not robbed, it is a value more than sure! Do not delay, there will not be for everyone ..."
