“PX finish and 2000 WIRD does work well overall. However I do prefer the plain, unaltered versions of this rum.”

“I think that the flaw in this rum is the ABV if it would have been higher I'm pretty sure this would be a great rum. The Baja profile is there and so is the PX cask finish. I do like the smoky wood on the profile and the rubber note is kind of nice too.”

“It's Advent, there's charcoal on the grill, I'm sitting in a pine forest, I'm holding marshmallows over the grill. This scenery describes the smell very well. There's plenty of dried fruit to go along with it. On the finish I have something smoky and cigar. The sherry finish is present, but does not dominate in my opinion.”
