“Again after 9 months:A wonderful, spicy and strong woody nose. Got some old, resinous cedar here. A light mint note comes, but also sweetness and dark fruits. Prune, blackberry, maple syrup. Tobacco, leather. And interesting: malty, like malt beer.Incredibly complex and full-bodied on the palate. Toasty, malty. Leather. And then mint again. Dark fruit again, blackberry and cassis. Slightly salty-bitter and dark chocolate with some licorice.Nice long finish, mint, prune, wood.Indeed, an outstanding rum!!!!”
