“Sehr geiler fruchtig floraler beenleigh, der Alkohol könnte aber besser integriert sein und im Abgang ist er etwas zu herb bitter und metallisch.... Könnte mit ein paar Jahren mehr Reifung deutlich ausgewogener und komplexer sein.”

“Profil très différent de ce que je connaissais chez Beenleigh. Il faut laisser beaucoup de temps à ce rhum pour se révéler. Sans cela, l'alcool est trop présent. Si on prend le temps, on démarre sur un Foursquare boosté aux solvants au nez (édit : avec du recul, la Foursquare est quand même loin...) Puis on enchaine sur un profil plus pâtissier en bouche. L'alcool reste très présent. Normal vu le degré d'alcool. Mais on a tellement été habitué à des intégrations dingues avec Swell donc celui-ci détonne un peu. Ça reste très bon et très au-dessus des notes à 65 qui présentes sur ce rhum. Édit : gros besoin d'aération. Minimum 30-45 minutes. Après cela, on découvre un profil très sympathique. Ne pas hésiter également à le tester avec quelques gouttes d'eau pour le rendre plus accessible.”

“#4526 14.12.2023 This is a nice release and the price tag is really good in my mind. Medium fruity with a nice natural sweetness to it. The palate is well rounded and the ABV well integrated. The finish is long and warm with a nice minty touch.”
