Das Füll ich mir gerne mei Glas bis oben voll!!! Was ein starker Lucia! Blind würde man die Trinkstärke gar nicht merken. Mega komplex in der Nase und auf dem Gaumen. Jeder Schluck ist ei Spektakel. Vermutlich der Beste Lucia in Trinkstärke und weit besser als viele Chairmans in Fassstärke. Ganz großes Kino von Cadenheads!
Wow, ich bin beeindruckt! Das müsste der kleine Bruder des legendären Blackadder 1999 sein! Zumindest geschmacklich erinnert er mich total an ihn mit dem krassen Menthol, Holz und dem adstringierenden, leicht bitterem Abgang. Was für eine Überraschung!
Ein St. Lucia auf der rauchig-röstigen Seite. Vor allem am Gaumen zunächst mit sehr ausgeprägten herb-würziger Aromatik, dazu zitrische Aromen sowie schweres Holz und medizinische Töne. Schöne Komplexität, auch der Alkohol ist bestens eingebunden, die röstige Note ist mir aber zu ausgeprägt für eine höhere Bewertung - insbesondere im Wissen um die echten Schwergewichte aus St. Lucia.
So noch ein Cadenhead Green Label aus St.Lucia. Muss zugeben der ist wirklich richtig gut. Obwohl dieser auch nur einen ABV von 46% hat, kann dieser schon einiges ohne wirklich zu dünn zu wirken. Bis jetzt der Beste aus dem Cadenhead Split für mich.
