“Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Un nez de vin (malvoisie) indubitable. Le bois est discret, un peu de sucrosité. La finale est moyenne mais plutôt sur le végétal et la sucrosité. Un rhum qui m’a moins convaincu que le n1, l’élevage en fût de malvoisie de madère étant un peu trop marqué à mon goût.”
