“Un nez fermenté, boisé, avec du lard, des fruits jaunes, du vinaigre. Un empilement de saveurs, comme au nez, mais sans unité. On sent la réduction en bouche et les arômes n’arrivent pas à s’exprimer. La finale est courte, trop boisée. Un rhum avec l’apparence de complexité mais en fait dissocié avec un bois mal intégré.”

“So langsam nähern wir und bei Dr Hampden 8 Marks Collection 1 year dem Highlight Ester Bereich. Beim Diamond ist der Ester auch schon deutlich zu riechen und zu schmecken. Kommen noch die tropischen Früchte hinzu, wie meistens ;-)”
