"Viel Annotationen des klassischen PM-Profils mit öligem Mundgefühl. Dennoch wirkt der Rum im Direktvergleich mit den anderen 1999er Port Mourants von Bristol etwas dünner in der geschmacklichen Fülle. Auch hier finden sich die typischen Noten von Piment, Lakritz, Anis, nassem Holz und Röstaromen, gepackt in einen süssen Schleier von Karamell und Melasse, der aber angenehm zurückhaltend bleibt. Schöne Komplexität, aber mit Luft nach oben bei der Intensität."
