“Typical Port Mourant on the nose: sweetish, spicy, leathery and then that sulfured dried apricot. The sweetness here does not quite come in the direction of honey, but a bit more tart, in the direction of maple syrup. I really like this smell! The palate is spicy-sweet, bitter-salty. Something of everything. Again, the sweetness is more in the direction of maple syrup than honey. Nutmeg, vanilla and anise. Then in the direction of herbs and tea.Really nice.In the finish remains anise tea.”

“Interesting note of grass (to smoke) in the finish.”
