"Tried this one a few years back and I can see that the price is through the roof. Nonetheless this is a great release. Fruits stand in line here well accompanied by spices and nuts. Great balance between the elements and I really like the wood and nutty touch from nose to finish. Would have loved a few bottles on the shelf for sipping on special occasions."
"On the nose tobacco, leather, toasted sugar, spice, cocoa and some citrus. The palate is very fresh with hazelnut ice cream, floral notes of violet, fringipane and fruity notes of fuji apple, dates, a real treat with a unique flavor, wow. A very fine and delicate finish with a bit of forest and spice. In the empty glass flowers, young wood, slight roast. Overall I prefer it to the 1975"
